Retainer Fee: A non-refundable Retainer Fee is required to book services with Halo Effect, LLC.
Acceptance of Terms: By paying the Retainer Fee, you agree to the terms of the contract and these Terms and Conditions.
Balance Payment: The balance of the Fee must be paid to Halo Effect, LLC at least two weeks prior to the event. Halo Effect, LLC reserves the right to cancel services if the balance is not paid within the specified timeframe.
Payment Methods: Payments accepted include Cash, Credit Card, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, or Company Check. Personal checks are not accepted.
Venue Approvals and Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary venue approvals, licenses, and permits for the Event, as well as payment of all applicable fees.
Cancellation or Date Change:
If the client cancels or changes the event date, Halo Effect, LLC will make every effort to accommodate the new date. If the new date cannot be accommodated, the client may transfer the funds to another date within one calendar year from the changed date.
If the client cancels the appearance within two weeks of the event date, the client shall pay Halo Effect, LLC the agreed guaranteed fee in full.
